I'm excited this weekend to be prepping for a quilting retreat occurring next weekend. I have to figure out which projects to tackle. I try to maintain a ratio of 2 ongoing projects to one new challenge.
Which leads to an interesting discussion - how many ongoing projects so you have? Do you maintain a stash? My stash is getting out of hand, so I decided to work on a stash buster project during the quilting retreat. I love the Bottled Rainbow design, from the blog Stitched in Color. My husband, Jeff, found it amusing that this required purchasing the bundle from Marmalade Fabrics!
So this w/e will be focused on Getting Organized, Getting Ready, and hopefully, enjoying a little Spring weather.
